Conversion Rates of WebsitesOk been a bit since I posted.

Sorry it has taken so long.

I have been deep in the lab testing, analyzing and retesting.

I am so excited we just finished a 30 day test of some new ppc campaigns that are converting 300% more of the clicks to take action.

The highlights:

  • The right keywords
  • Leading to the right ad (relevant to the keyword)
  • Leading to the right site (relevant to the keyword and ad)
  • Leading to the right call to action (relevant to the keyword, ad and site)

All equaling better marketing more clicks for less money and more pleased end users.

It is interesting that google will reward you for following their guidelines which means they make less money per click.

Most the time they get such a bum rap but they have done many things right too.

Moral of the story. Test, analyze and test some more.

It pays huge in the long run.

Get out of the instant gratification mentality and really put the work in.
