Owners can respond to negative reviews.  This is HUGE.  Because you can build relationships.  So that you care.

There is a great saying – sharing is caring.  Most chiropractors would use that in their marketing in the idea of referrals.

But if you share here you can build relationships with people that don’t know you.

In fact though the response is “to” the writer that real target audience in NOT the writer of the bad review but the person reading the bad review.

Let’s face it.  If you are in business you are going to have a hatter at some point leave something bad on the internet about you.

If you don’t you likely just aren’t doing enough business.

But if you take responsibility for the review if you did something that can be improved on – improve on it.

There you go get social – leave reviews – respond to reviews – share.
