Thanks for the content Matt. These are things that most chiropractors don’t know and those that understand the importance are ahead of the game and their competition.
The last 6 months I have been really diving into SEO and website optimization and Matt’s information is spot on and more than helpful, it makes a big difference!
Great stuff. Google removed seventeen of our legitimate reviews so am still stinging from that!! It’s not the first time. It seems they don’t like it when there are a number of them posted close together!
@Karen Yeah they are the gate keepers like that. This is a case of diversify by getting reviews on other engines that google will pull from and can’t remove! Cheers, Matt
Hi James, well it could work possibly in some higher tech areas now but most people today I don’t think are ready to use their smart phone for reviews. Time will change that though.
Thank you for you quick response. I would have to agree. But I just have one more questions: I still don’t understand the inter-relation between the places page and an SEO optomized website besides simply being placed two times at the top of google’s results. If you would elaborate I would greatly appreciate it. James
Google now merges these results most of the time and the relationship is within google algorithms. We have sites that can show up as many as 4 times at the top of Google for some of their keywords. The business owner goal is to be there as much as possible the search engines goal is to show as many different relevant results as possible meaning only show you 1x. Well that is the cliff note version hope that helps.

I need to set up City Search/Google Places for our office.
Thanks for the info. I was 85 percent complete for Google places. Now I am up to 91 percent and closing in on 100
@Jim Seim That is great doc! Go get the 100% and then keep it fresh even after 100% – change up photos and videos form time to time.
@Gary M. Johnson Set them up and go get reviews!
@Lloyd Fielder Thanks for the kind words! Glad I can help.
@Freehold Chiropractor You are welcome. The importance of these actions are still young and will only get more and more important.

Great video. I’m just wondering whether you think an SMS message system might be more effective than email marketing for soliciting reviews?
